Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping.
Refunds are acceptable if :
- you receive a damaged product
- you receive the wrong product
- the order’s status is in processing, if means the package is not shipped yet.
We can then easily arrange a refund for you. The timeline is 1 days after receiving your product.
Refunds are NOT acceptable after shipping the order! You can wait until you receive the order then return it to us if you change your mind and don’t want your delivery anymore.
