Refunds are acceptable if :
- you receive a damaged product
- you receive the wrong product
- the order’s status is in processing, if means the package is not shipped yet.
We can then easily arrange a refund for you. The timeline is 1 days after receiving your product.
Refunds are NOT acceptable after shipping the order! We also don’t do returns due to the sensitivity of the product.
