All orders have their tracking number. Tracking numbers are added manually to orders after shipment, if you didn’t receive your tracking please don’t worry, just reply to the order email, or contact us here.

Refunds are acceptable if :
- you receive a damaged product.
- you receive the wrong product.
- you haven’t received your order in more than 30 business days. Processing time is not included which is usually 2 days.
- the order’s status is in processing, not shipped yet.
We can then easily arrange a refund for you. You just need to contact us here. Generally we refund the same day.
We’ve put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.
We ship worldwide. Please select your country in the cart page or checkout page so the shipping rate is calculated.
Note: In view of COVID-19, please note that international shipments can be substantially delayed.

- WE DON’T SHIP ON THE WEEKEND! The postal service is closed, if you order on Friday, saturday, sunday your order will be sent for shipement on Monday.
- The preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes up from 2 business days and is NOT included in the overall “shipping time”.
- You will receive a notice e-mail once the order has shipped.
What is the item processing time?
After receiving your order, it will take us about 2 business days to send it to shipment. You’ll be sent an update email letting you know that your order is sent to shipment.
